Sacred Cuddling is a stand-alone trauma-healing practice that provides safe, nurturing, platonic embrace. Within this container, the body is reminded of its right to safety, comfort, and belonging. Cuddling sessions soothe the nervous system, release tension, and support the re-patterning of early attachment wounds.
